Pros
Management has good intentions. Most employees are genuinely great people.
Cons
Management seemed to lack the necessary experience to run a company or lead a team. If a employee was liked by management then they seemed to have a great experience working at Confiant, otherwise their days seemed to numbered. High turnover rate for a small startup. The company and management turned out to be much different than how they presented themselves to be during the hiring process, a shame!
