A horrible company to work for. The managers on the top verbally abuse mid-managers and subordinates. Taking any vacation or PTO is always frowned upon. I think most of the company profit, a significant %, is going directly to feed the CEO and executives, while expecting others to provide free labor.

Friends promoting friends regardless of performance. People retaining their positions or even moving up the ladder despite a woeful list of loss making decisions to their name. No management desire to understand root cause of failures because of ineptitude or to protect incompetent friends. This probably doesn’t happen in Houston but is rampant in Norway. B grade management compared to peers
