      Outdated tech stack, a general unwillingness to modernize anything (technology used, ways of working, software and hardware used for development). You are promised to work on modern projects, but are slotted into aging tech stacks and projects where a few seasoned employees dictate how the team should work and in many cases micro manage code written.
