We appreciate your kind words and are so glad that you are having a great experience working here and pride ourselves in this. The ISA position is a phone-based role so there will be lots of calls to make/take. We offer a competitive bonus structure that compensates well for your time.

Pros

Brilliant training program for new associates, management's training staff whom are invested in employee success, positive corporate culture, working from home, growth opportunities, ad infinitum.

Cons

Just my experience - Mastering multi-tasking on four levels while on an auto-dialer was stressful

Pros

Co-workers and working from home

Cons

Leadership is awful. If you like shiny things, and glittery things and wearing rose-colored glasses, this may be the job for you. If your intelligence is less than average, it may be the perfect fit. It's a company trying to grow but the only consistent thing here, is that the management does not change or turnover. Your fellow co-workers however, they come and go, with little to no effort to maintain employees. Yet the owner refuses to see the correlation of high worker turnover to high client turnover. Both owners of this company have "main" jobs that make this company, a side-project and not much effort goes into effective management. One of the owners said in a recent meeting that if employees don't like the way they're being treated, to go apply at Taco Bell. Very archaic mindset about running a business.
