      Pros

      I have been working at Crucial Learning for almost 5 years. I love this company. Leadership cares about every person working here - whether you've been here for a week or a decade. I get to work remotely and have a great work-life balance. Most of all, the products here are amazing.

      Cons

      It's a smaller company - that comes with both pros and cons. Sometimes it can be harder to move around but I feel the company does well with it. I can't really think of anything else. We are growing and have a lot of cool great things happening in our future. It's an exciting time to work here!

      Pros

      Incredible content. Although a bit dated, many of the products offer timeliness tips that everybody should know. Crucial Conversations is one of the top life skills.

      Cons

      If it feels like the company was created and forgot to innovate for 20 years it’s because it did. COVID caught the company with it’s pants down and forced everyone to play catchup. This deteriorated what was allegedly a top-notch culture before. I found it toxic and very psychologically unsafe. Certain leaders have been there too long and accidentally have become unyielding in their opinions (if it’s not their idea, it’s wrong). Genuinely bummed that the company doesn’t practice what it preaches because it could have been an incredible place to build a career.
