Pros
Lots of challenge to the interview process that really pushed me to develop and use my skills and knowledge. The process was thorough and had several stages, the team were supportive and engaging throughout.
Cons
The number of tasks in the practical stage of the interview was quite daunting, despite actually being really rewarding to complete in the end.

The interview process for this position was among the more intense I've experienced, involving multiple practical exams, interviews with several team members, and occasionally pretty tough questions regarding industry knowledge. Altogether this has made me feel confident going into the job (meaning, I know through the experience that I could not have gotten the job without being qualified), and has given me confidence in my colleagues as well.
Cons
I tend not to complain about my employer on the Internet :)
