      You can hardly find one.

      Cons

      Management is unethical. They promise you a compensation and give you one. On top that they expect you to work on weekends too. Entire management is unethical starting from CEO. They wont even provide you an experience letter. And they say it is against their company policy to provide employment experience letter. I regret working for this company.

      Always concerned paycheck wouldn't clear, unqualified management-all of them from the CEO down. All 4 customers unhappy or not installed fully, product not finished, emotional atmosphere-everyone cries all the time, senior leadership watched to make sure you come and go, frowned upon to take a dat off, Christmas party a joke, truly, a joke. Does anyone really still give .50 cent raises? seriously? No work life balance. Expectation is that you're part of something big-YES, making the company wealthy at your cost

      Work from home flexibility, decent healthcare.

      Cons

      No real PTO it’s bundled with Sick time. No bonuses yet you work like a donkey. No technological direction. Lacking in the career growth. They promise you’ll get to do new things but never innovate.
