I was shocked I didn’t love this place more since I was sold by all the positive glassdoor reviews and interview process. but if you prefer clarity and structure, this place is not for you. clique-ish behavior made it hard to feel apart of the 'community’
-the incentive to buy through curated needs work. many users will take recommendations from our experts and buy them off the site or in-store
-a company that preaches accessibility, but actions show the opposite
-messy communication and delegation. unclear project owners, multiple documents/briefs that are scattered across multiple places, constant repeat questions, thousands of slack channels
-inexperienced employees have too much responsibility
-decision paralysis. company is in a constant state of research
-lack of clarity on who we’re targeting and why
-tunnel vision on specific metrics that don’t always paint a holistic picture
-cult-like, clique-ish, and standoffish behavior was the worst of any company i’ve experienced.
