Pros

- The job has decent Work life Balance

Cons

- HQ won't listen to (sales reps)/experts with Sales Related feedback - they would instead rather trust HQ staff to do so in non-sales related roles. - AI is big with Curated and soon it will replace experts. - HQ Consistently Changes things - many of the changes have negatively impacted experts pay recently. -HQ has cut back on expert workload so there aren't as many money making opportunities to go around. -No healthcare of 401k Benefits. -Underpaid as far as commissions go. -CEO never responds to company feeds or voices opinions in regards to expert matters.

Pros

–awesome work-life balance with select fridays off each month –family-friendly work policies –dog-friendly hq –many employees with impressive backgrounds –a cool product

Cons

I was shocked I didn’t love this place more since I was sold by all the positive glassdoor reviews and interview process. but if you prefer clarity and structure, this place is not for you. clique-ish behavior made it hard to feel apart of the 'community’ -the incentive to buy through curated needs work. many users will take recommendations from our experts and buy them off the site or in-store -a company that preaches accessibility, but actions show the opposite -messy communication and delegation. unclear project owners, multiple documents/briefs that are scattered across multiple places, constant repeat questions, thousands of slack channels -inexperienced employees have too much responsibility -decision paralysis. company is in a constant state of research -lack of clarity on who we’re targeting and why -tunnel vision on specific metrics that don’t always paint a holistic picture -cult-like, clique-ish, and standoffish behavior was the worst of any company i’ve experienced.
