Pros

1) The CEO is a great guy. He is a proper geek who is interested in anything and everything technological. 2)The kind of work that different teams do is very diverse. You can get exposed to robotics, computer vision, FinTech, NLP.

Cons

1)Salaries are a bit less 2)Too many redundant people have been hired 3)The management doesn't give equal time to different teams. 4)Not all the co-founders contribute equally in terms of work. 5)Too many projects are started but anything is rarely taken to completion.
