Pros

Good technology that customers like

Cons

Unrealistically large quotas that were largely increased without much thought, planning or grounding. As a result is under the gun to deliver unrealistic numbers. Plenty of resignations in this churn and burn scenario.

Pros

The company's directives and strategic acquisitions have been highly effective, making it one of the most strategic organizations I've had the pleasure of working with. This strategic approach led to a nearly threefold increase in market capitalization over a four-year period. Overall, the work environment is collaborative and features a team of diligent and capable employees. The company offers a hybrid work setup, with three days spent in the office. The office is both luxurious and centrally located, offering ample space and an impressive pantry area ideal for events and celebrations. It is certified as a Great Place to Work (GPTW) in Singapore. Compensation and benefits are aligned with market. The company celebrates major holidays observed in Singapore. There have been no layoffs observed during my tenure.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities are limited within the technical support department in Singapore. Work-life balance was negatively impacted over a two-year period due to staff attrition in premium support, leading to increased workload. Recent new hires starting in Oct 2024 has alleviated the situation. New hires no longer receive Restricted Stock Units (RSU) upon joining, and existing employees do not receive RSU refreshers on promotion. Annual increment ranges between 2% to 4.8% max on good years. Promotional increment is about 9%. Lateral career progression outside of the support team is generally not encouraged.
