Young team, very creative, flex hours as needed, very active place after hours. good benefits, and free beers!!!
Cons
lack of diverse projects, most of them were commercial office buildings while i was working there. now is different I believe commute from philly not great

If you show initiative and interest in learning new things and growing in your career, D2 will fully support you and will find ways for you to expand your knowledge and advance professionally. The studio is busy and laid-back at the same time. It’s a fun place to be! The team is supportive and there are opportunities to jump in to new things and take on a variety of projects. Plus, D2 supports work/life balance and flexibility in schedules. I’d recommend D2 to anyone - from new graduate to years of experience!
