      Pros

Good for resume Decent pay Good mobile app

      Cons

Lots of useless meetings, which are just status updates - eg many daily standups in a day to update teams' status, sprint planning meetings use to update projects' status (read waterfall) Too many useless meetings till people can't be bothered response to your meeting invites - you have to ping them to ask them if they are attending Many last minute meeting invites with some that are past your official work hours Very bad meeting culture/etiquette Lack of transparency and trust Old school thinking/mindset - fear/fomo mindset - doing extra/double work "just in case" something goes wrong - many have been with the company for many years and reluctant to change, would say things like "in my time here, i have never encounter this". Bro, time has change, please change your mentality. Huge benefits difference between perm and contract staff (and the bank relies on lots of contract staff) - 14 days AL vs minimum 25 ALs - no $500 flexi benefits (which would help offset utilities bills during WFH) - no access to 360 feedback (can't get feedback to improve and can't give feedback to your bosses) - no performance bonus - these are some to name
