•Discriminatory comments are often made towards Supply chain cost centre. •Non existent welfare support from Management team / HR. •Some Leaders / Managers and above would impose the harshest penalties to their subordinates who does not adhere to their “standards” or having unreasonable expectations and hence causing employee to either request for transfer or to indirectly coerce affected /targeted employee for resignation. •Cronyism exists as resigned employees are replaced by known associates from the Hiring managers. •High turnover due to low remuneration and low morale.

Shockingly not given a confirmation after probation. Unable to specify the performance gap that was based on to reject confirmation. No documented evaluation form was used. Just keep claiming a culture misfit & was asked to respect the Management decision... Absolutely contradicting with the positive comments given for the work done till probation review is due... Hiring Manager twisted her words.
