      Pay is too low Management leaves houses to suffer with serious staffing issues If you want to work for days at a time because of unsafe staffing, this is the place for you!

      Fun residents. Caring owner. Monthly house meetings to discuss house and resident needs.

      Cons

      Residents too dependent on devices and screens. Lazy co-workers with no consequences for not doing their job. Weak leadership in the direct supervisor who lacks follow through and vision.
