There are only cons in working in this company. It is a failed startup that is sinking and wasting its investor's money. Please don't waste your time and energy in working for this useless company. The co-founder or the so called Managing director of the company is so greedy that he does not even pay full salaries to the employees for which they have worked so hard. He has a completely unprofessional behaviour and just wants to earn short term revenue for his own benefits. Even after working so hard, including field visits and hardcore sales, the employees are not paid their full salaries. Even the non-sales employees are forced to go for field visits and get sales revenue. All the policies are unfair for the employees. Please don't believe in the fake promises, values and statements made by the company as it is a fraud company. Even the positive reviews mentioned here are fake. If you are applying for a job in this company, be ready to suffer from extreme torture, unprofessional behaviour and paycuts from the management. Would like to give 0 stars but the option is not available.
