There are many employees sitting in the company ideally doing nothing. Especially the sales team. It may be many years that they have seen a very gud project. With this worst performance all the team members are still there for more than 10 years. If this was the situation in another company they would have been fired. Lot of partiality in the sales team. If you belong to the same religion you will not be given much work and retained. After the chairman got this info the team has for namesake kept few non specific religious employee in their team. with very less exp you can see big designation. employee in the night shift sleeps and goes. the top heads who are here for more than 25 yrs are leading a retired life and making the young generations life miserable.
