    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Daiso Japan full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The regular workers are extremely nice. Very welcoming and will treat you like family if you let them. Flexible schedules and will accommodate you if you have children or are going to school.

    Cons

No advancement and definitely no pay raises. I've been at the company for close to three years and I've received a pay raise once. They will make you work in a boiling hot oven of a warehouse during the summer with no AC, make you come in on the weekends when they need you to, but will not give you a pay raise. It seems like management will do whatever they can to avoid that word.
