-Training Policies -Salaries paid on time every time -Leadership team always open for a discussion -Strict health and safety policies -Internal hiring is given first priority, this gives more opportunities for promotions

-Salary hikes are hard to come by unless you get promoted -Certain managers tend to try and hold on to staff when they are promoted cross-functionally (Usually sorted out by HR, however, this causes delay in the promotions)
