I wasn't the only employee who had done a demonstrably outstanding and conscientious job at this company but was discharged without warning on the spot one day by a (new) unseemly manager who basically did not like me. (This sort of unethical nonsense is condoned in an "at will employment" state like CO.) The "explanation" concocted was laughable, defied all credulity and was an insult to my intelligence. He knew it and I knew it. He actually had the audacity to extend his slimy hand as he showed me the door. My subsequent registered letter of concern to the CEO was completely ignored - not even the courtesy of a reply. This was a few weeks after being praised by this same CEO (who touts "integrity" and spiritual values). Sadly, this CEO posts "Five Values" on their website. All of his professed "values" were violated in my case. Managers have unqualified relatives and buddies on payroll. THE CEO's girlfriend is his COO. There's one employee (who benefits from nepotism) that cannot legally work in this country but is on their payroll. One manager said he'd like to "get rid of" a black employee but was afraid of EEOC repercussions. Their business focus is all over the map. This company is not a place you want to work if you value integrity and being treated with dignity and respect.
