Pros

- Workmates (non-management and other positions BELOW VP) have your back - Unlike other reviews, I don’t mind much about workload. It’s so bad, but I’m quite used to it from my other working experiences - Sales and Product team seemed green in terms of working environment

Cons

- Management doesn’t seem to think when it comes to working with their employees. Leadership skill is near zero. Team dynamic is fragile and hostile. Hence, the very high employee turnover, especially in the business division I see. - They claimed to have 3> resigned employees since Jan 2023 in a response to a review here, but 5 employees resigned during my short-lived time there. Wondering how many more quitted before and after I was there... - Office bully is real from the higher ups - You get genuine trauma as a bonus :)

Pros

Working here has been a really positive experience. The company itself is solid, and the people are great to work with. I've learned a lot since I started, thanks to the supportive team environment. One thing I really appreciate is the lack of office politics. It’s refreshing to work in a place where everyone focuses on getting the job done instead of dealing with unnecessary drama. The salary is competitive, and the career growth opportunities are clear and achievable. Management does a great job of sharing the company’s future vision and the direction they want to take. They’re very open about the goals they’re working toward and how employees like me can be part of that journey. It’s motivating to know that there’s a clear path for advancement, and I feel encouraged to get involved in projects that align with the company’s growth plans. The company is also transparent about its financials, which is reassuring, especially in uncertain times. It’s one of the few startups still doing well and thriving in the market.

Cons

The only downside is the recent shift to a more hybrid working model. The move towards working in the office more often has been a bit challenging for those of us who were used to working remotely. One thing to keep in mind: the company is not for people who want a typical 9-5. While the work is rewarding, it is also demanding (depending on the team).

Pros

Working here is a lot like being in a consulting firm — fast pace, steep learning curve, and a strong performance culture. The difference is, it’s less political (it's not always a good news though). People just don’t have time for that because it’s very clear who’s delivering and who’s not. While there’s support, you do need to be pretty independent from the start. If you’re the type that hates office politics and just want to deliver or grow quickly, this is the place. Town halls are becoming regular and feedback to management is encouraged. But sometimes they overdo the company-wide announcements, but at least you know what’s going on — which is more than I can say for most places. The company’s doing well financially, and I think it's what keep people excited.

Cons

Things move fast, and sometimes it feels like you're always catching up. It’s not chaotic, but the expectations are high and things move fast. Work-life balance depends a lot on your team, but in general, the bar is high and the workload reflects that. It’s not toxic — but it’s definitely intense. If you’re clear on your priorities and communicate well, it’s manageable — just don’t expect a 9-to-5 rhythm every day.
