We do our best to train our new team members before placing them in key positions in our company. Just like anywhere else, some people are suitable for certain positions and some people are not. Our Customer Service staff members are well trained in order to deal with existing clients. Our training process involves you understanding how things work before we allow you to talk to any of our clients. Judging from you reply, it is very likely we did not think you were a suitable candidate for that position. Unfortunately I can’t make a proper assessment since we have no clue who you are. Your claims of fake reviews are unsubstantiated. We work hard building well fostered relationships with all our staff members.
