      Poor recruiting practices

      They seemed like they would have been a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Recruiting team does not communicate with one another. I had to initiate several times to figure out what was happening with my interview. Was given a verbal offer, and then they rescinded after I reached out several times as to what next steps were. Was told the position was “on hold” but come to find out they had hired several other people instead.

      Pros

      Onboarding was quick, I don’t have to talk with them much, and I get to work from home.

      Cons

      Benefits aren’t great, no paid time off or sick leave, I don’t actually know much about the company since it’s a contractor position to another company. I really don’t know if this is DevCare’s choice or the company I’m contracted through.
