      Pros

      Was given a freehand and left for family committments which I had to relocate. Had a happy time with colleagues. Salary was always on time.

      Cons

      More interaction with decision makers was needed. No leave carry forward or leave encashment. Have to stick to office timings and wfh is only as required.
