Very difficult to think of any pros!

Cons

Bad salary, CEO has no clue about anything, Has no opinion on any thing, and most of the employees are his friends and even if you are bad at your job then you can get away with it if you play cricket with the owners. The COO mark hardly interacts with the team, and is extremely rude. I have seen people cry after they came out of a meeting with him. The owners don't believe in the fact that employees who work hard should get an increase in salary ever.

The communal area which is shared with other businesses has good facilities - ping pong, pool and foosball tables.

Cons

The owners are arrogant and completely incompetent. Incredibly thin skinned, unable to take constructive criticism. Majority of the employers are there because they are friends of the owners, regardless of how bad they are at their jobs. No direction. No career progression opportunities.
