Pros

Professional company, respect, and great teamwork

Cons

The recent owner of DT is also CEO of other TMC/tech companies, one such company have had employees who moved here this year mention they have great medical benefits, more PTO, 10 sicks days, quarterly day off, end of year nearly 2 weeks off on top of PTO, monthly internet fees paid for virtual workers and more. None of these perks/benefits for DT though, and it's been a long time. Things did improve slightly in the last few years. Understanding that we are a TMC only, but so is Spotnana a TMC tech co. therefore it is possible. We are hoping for a change to our benefits in 2026.

Pros

This was once a truly top-notch company. Strong leadership, talented people, collaborative culture, and a genuine focus on long-term value—for both employees and clients. Teams were empowered, innovation was encouraged, and decisions were made with care and context. At its peak, it was one of the best places I’ve worked.

Cons

After private equity involvement, the company changed significantly—and not for the better. Short-term financial optics began to outweigh long-term strategy. Cost-cutting, headcount pressure, and aggressive performance targets eroded morale and trust. Experienced operators were sidelined or left, and the culture shifted from building something great to simply extracting value.
