Safety in the location of the building, underpaid and overworked. Management not taking concerns seriously.

Not enough team members working at job assignments, low pay comparable to other employers, no health insurance, often times managers not on site

Use of own vehicle and no gas reimbursement makes it hard to say the pay is decent considering the area range is 150 miles
