Pros
Cute, stylish children's clothing and friendly, hard-working employees. That's about it.
Cons
Inexperienced and toxic leadership. The CEO is an incompetent narcissist who regularly mistreats employees and vendors alike. Stay FAR AWAY from any venture involving ChaoWang. I'm honestly surprised that this company hasn't been sued yet.

I worked for a year in the company although at the time it was a good company little by little it was changing and giving us a terrible work experience

-Lack of respect and constant mockery against employees -Termination of contract without prior notice -Very bad work environment
