Leadership consistently engages in gossip about employees, which always gets out. Instead of focusing on supporting their team, leadership spends time viewing the LinkedIn profiles of former employees, which is both strange and concerning. If you're seeking a place to grow and thrive in a supportive, inclusive positive setting, look elsewhere! They offer SALARIES WELL BELOW MARKET-RATE, and when employees are quietly let go, the remaining team member(s) are left to absorb their workload without any additional support. If you express that your workload is unmanageable, you become a target and treated as a problem. Especially when you're expected to handle the work of multiple people without any compensation increase and no plans of additional staff. If you fail to meet these unrealistic demands, leadership will often replace you with one of their completely unqualified friends. This company fosters a TOXIC culture where respect, support, and fairness are nowhere to be found.
