Pros

only pro is that you can work 100% remotely

Cons

Where to even begin? This company has been one of the absolute WORST professional experiences of my career. Leadership fosters - no - EMBRACES a deeply negative and dysfunctional environment, repeatedly targeting and pushing out employees rather than valuing their contributions and recognizing them for their strengths. The culture has deteriorated significantly since the mid 2024, creating an unhealthy, psychologically unsafe workplace where employees are undervalued, unsupported, and ultimately disposable. Accountability does not exist at this company. Leadership evades responsibility for the toxic culture they’ve created, placing blame on employees while making no meaningful efforts to fix the dysfunction...yet will survey the hell out of the employees time and time again with no course correction or follow up action. Instead of hiring qualified professionals, leadership prefers to bring in their unqualified friends, further exacerbating the instability and lack of direction. On top of all this, salaries are a complete joke - well below market rate, and when employees are quietly let go, their workload is dumped onto remaining team members with no additional support or compensation. If you're looking for a place that values growth, fairness, and professional integrity, look elsewhere. This company thrives on dysfunction, favoritism, and a complete lack of accountability at the highest levels. Don't walk...RUN AWAY as fast as possible - your mental health will be better for it.

Pros

-Few talented individuals remain, but they’re either undervalued or actively pushed out. -Unfortunately, while compensation is decent, no amount of money is worth the dysfunction. -Consider this your reward for hard work—watching the CEO complain about food instead of receiving proper compensation! -Know that if you thrive in toxicity, this might just be the perfect place for you

Cons

-You will quickly realize that leadership values loyalty over competence, making it clear that hard work and results mean nothing here. -Only those within the inner circle are safe, while high performers are routinely discarded in favor of personal friends. -Under this toxic favoritism, entire departments have been gutted, leaving the remaining employees demoralized and disengaged. -Routinely, you will be ignored, and leadership will engage each other in an echo chamber, completely disconnected from long-term strategy or client well-being. -Unless you blindly agree with leadership and avoid questioning their choices, you will be labeled as a problem and swiftly removed. -Keeping power within a select few is the only real priority, with no trust, transparency, or accountability to be found. -Sudden terminations and endless reorganizations define the culture, ensuring that fear, not merit, dictates job security. -Incompetence thrives while innovation and integrity are crushed under leadership’s unchecked ego.

Non-existent Professionalism and Transparency

Pros

I honestly can't think of one pro.

Cons

This has been one of the most toxic professional experiences of my career. The leadership creates such a negative atmosphere, with a pattern of targeting and pushing out valuable employees. The work environment is incredibly unhealthy, with the majority of the employees being undervalued and unsupported. Professionalism and transparency are non-existent, which starts at the leadership level and affects the entire organization. The company culture has taken a drastic turn for the worse. Leadership consistently engages in gossip about employees, which always gets out. Instead of focusing on supporting their team, leadership spends time viewing the LinkedIn profiles of former employees, which is both strange and concerning. If you're seeking a place to grow and thrive in a supportive, inclusive positive setting, look elsewhere! They offer SALARIES WELL BELOW MARKET-RATE, and when employees are quietly let go, the remaining team member(s) are left to absorb their workload without any additional support. If you express that your workload is unmanageable, you become a target and treated as a problem. Especially when you're expected to handle the work of multiple people without any compensation increase and no plans of additional staff. If you fail to meet these unrealistic demands, leadership will often replace you with one of their completely unqualified friends. This company fosters a TOXIC culture where respect, support, and fairness are nowhere to be found.
