Don't work here if you expect to get a raise or feel appreciated!!
Pros
The insurance benefits and sick leave/vacation pay are decent. Coworkers are generally ok to get along with, and that's about it.
Cons
Many of the supervisors are cold hearted and don't really care about your well-being, and they also don't care about the fact that we haven't had a raise in several years except for one small cost of living raise in 2016. There's no sign whatsoever that anyone will get a raise anytime soon, except for those at the very top. Over on the city side, the city leaders are making sure their top staff gets huge raises, almost as if to rub it in that regular employees are getting absolutely nothing. As soon as I get another job offer, I'm leaving. I've invested 3 years of my time here and feel like I'm not appreciated at all.
