Working short staffed continually. No support from administration, whenever issues are brought to their attention. Often, employees are given blanket statements to issues brought up. Senior staff are under valued and often disregarded. Patient care suffers due to not only being short staffed, but to unprofessional lazy staff. These behaviors are overlooked due to not being able to afford losing staff.

Only work for this company if you’ve already been through severe trauma and know how to cope. Half the staff doesn’t know the first thing about mental health. Company literally milks patients insurance company by holding patients for extended stays. Staff are cut if hospital isn’t full of certain # patients. Taken from your PTO or unpaid for those days. Good luck if you are a person who actually needs your pto, cuz it ain’t yours, it all is taken away from your hours being cut.
