      There are no advantages that I can mention.

      Cons

      You are not compensated. Management is a load of nonsense. They send an email to 8 to 10 employees at the end of the month explaining that they are losing money and have financial problems, which is why they are not paying you a salary, while the boss is buying a brand new car. Please do not enter this area.
