      Biased Attitude is a Huge Demotivator

      Pros

      Each day you work will be awfully challenging. There will be no reason to like this job or this employer.

      Cons

      The attitude of the leadership was toxic. These horrible people demonstrated favoritism daily. It created an ambiance full of stress, fear, and hostile feelings among those who weren't among the favorites. It was ridiculous. They need to stop doing that ASAP.

      Relaxed dress code, the only thing that felt even slightly relaxed in this company.

      Cons

      You cannot do anything right because management constantly tears apart your work while micromanaging every single move you make and controlling everything down to the smallest detail. The constant interference and lack of trust make it impossible to work properly, and being under bosses like this felt extremely suffocating and unhealthy.

      The intense pressure forced me to improve my time management skills.

      Cons

      Working for EWASTE+ is unbearable. I wanted to leave as soon as possible. The real problem is not leadership, but the pitiful pay and awful benefits. Every day is exhausting with relentless workload, yet the compensation is insulting. The effort required is far beyond any reward, making the experience completely demoralizing.
