Lively and team-focused atmosphere which encourages you to work hard and achieve results and have the odd laugh at the same time. Exciting financial rewards when the hard work pays off and lots of room for career progression and development.

Ebury most important pro is the career progression the company allows you to have. You start as BD and you may be managing a small sales team 2 years after. Ebury gives you huge sales skills and allows you to addapt to different situations. Rewards are another good pro, you know that when you are making profit to the company you are also making profit to you.
Cons
The fast growing environment drives to changes that you are asked to adapt really quick. Sometimes this is not easy.

Really good working environment and culture A lot of talent from the bottom up, plenty to learn from your peers Unique product offering in an otherwise saturated market Career progression is very fast in comparison to competitors. Almost all management on the sales floor started in an entry-level role. Good remuneration for hard-working employees that perform well Loads of transferable knowledge to learn
Cons
Relatively high-pressure environment, suitable for the right person but I can see why it's not for everyone In sales, the toughest year is the first one. Many can become discouraged. Not a lot of quirky incentives that you might find in other sales orientated businesses but high performers are paid well.
