Management don’t value good staff. Better workers have to shoulder more work and even share the burden of incompetent colleagues. Under performing/lazy staff gets better benefit and no action was taken towards them. Unprofessional attitude from higher management. Lack of leadership quality, people management skills and not genuine because all they think about is themselves. Not to mention, Some colleagues are self entitled, rude and self absorb because they have connection/protection. Jobscope is undefined. Before you know it you might be doing three departments job.
