1) Work life balance. Everyone trying their best not to disturb one another's family/personal times (unlike semi-con industries). 2) Very cultured company. Hardly hear anyone communicates 'roughly/with vulgarities', or for example 'banging of table'. 3) Good remuneration - ESPP (employee share purchase plan), Yearly EIP (employee incentive plan) 4) Salary - Market rate adjustments to stay competitive. 5) Good bosses - over my 11 years, I'd never encountered any of my bosses who would even raised their voices, not to mention behaving unkindly (unlike so many bad experiences before I joined Edward's Singapore).
Cons
Thinking hard...however, none that I can think of.

Singapore plant - The quality team here acts like they own the company, they talk down to you , make you do all the work and attitude is very bad. Projects are very slow because the quality team add on their additional personal criteria on top of the strict Edwards system. Their way of working also questionable to quality functions from other Edwards sites. Overkill crazy approach. When things go bad, they will push the blame to others and it’s never their fault. This is the main reason I left the company. If this aspect is sorted, it is potentially a great place to work.

It’s a good company to work at. Good salary and good benefits
Cons
1) some of the operators do not understand English, communication is very hard. 2) some of the operators are very dependent on their supervisors, don’t read instruction given to them and expect their supervisor to help them even with the personal stuff. This is work place not kindergarten. 4) PR cases are very high 5) favouritism is very strong here. There is no fair fight/challenge.
