When I started working with Elan I had just graduated and only had a year of real development work experience. Working for Elan I learned so much more, and got a chance to see how a successful company works. The managers at Elan are fantastic, they have so much experience and taught me so many tricks on how to code more efficiently. I can not thank Elan enough for giving me the opportunity to be part of their team, I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to fast track their learning.
Cons
every now and then a client might be kinda hard to work with, but that is not really the fault of Elan
