      Shady hiring practices

      Pros

      Great equipment, clean facility, employee work out area when I was there. Good Health benefits. Pay is decent. If you are young and don't mind working long hours/no personal life I highly recommend. Work, learn, build up your resume and RUN!

      Cons

      They believe "Salary" means being on-call 24/7 and take calls while on vacation. High stress to meet numbers. Cheap tools (Harbor Freight). They now contract foreign workers on 3 year contracts because the US workers will not put up with their 3rd world work practices and quit. Any Employment laws they break are just paid off since the CEO has deep pockets.
