      Great tech, leadership void

      Pros

      Excellent tech. Generally knowledgeable people. Generally people who care.

      Cons

      Management is inept, incompetent. Hostile HR. Technical leadership is scatterbrained doing everything but not doing most of it well.

      Hello, It is unfortunate that you had a bad experience with us, for that I am truly sorry. Your comments are very emotional and not really aligned with other comments we are receiving, talking about how strong Talent (HR) and Management are at Electrosonic.       Good employees with management issues

      Pros

      Great employees. Smart group of people. Nice buIlding and workspace.

      Cons

      An almost nonexistent human resources department. Upper Management doesn't communicate with employees. Employees unhappy.

      Thank you for taking the time to post. It's comments like these that will help us improve as an organization. I have been with Electrosonic for the past 6 months and it is my job to ensure our employees are engaged and that there is a better communication flow between employees and management. There have been a lot of changes at Electrosonic since this post and I can guarantee there will be lot more. Thanks again for this feedback.

      People are good, Management was terrible. No way to move up

      Pros

      Pros are pretty much the people you work with. The hours.

      Cons

      Pay was okay. Raises are a $1 and like every 3 years. Benefits were very expensive. Management is atrocious. Very greedy.

It is my job to ensure that people feel happy and that there is a communication flow between management and employees.
