CEO (Matthew Hodgson) clearly doesn't know how to manage a company and lacks the hindsight to realise and admit it. The company's been in steady decline for the past couple of years, and the management team hasn't managed to course correct in the slightest.
Complete lack of product and sales strategy. The company essentially tries to make every imaginable user base happy with very limited resources. And when it claims to focus on one industry in particular, it picks one (public sector) that is the furthest away from the company's business model and financial needs.
Everyone is paid way below market rates, which has been true even when the company was doing fine.
Low morale, especially following 3 waves of layoffs with no visible improvement in both the company's trajectory and the management team's behaviour. The CEO occasionally shows blatant disrespect for his employees, either privately or in front of the entire company.
I honestly don't see this company sticking around for much longer without some **drastic** change to the company's top tier really soon.
