lunch sandwich chance of conference friday drinks u find way better jobs in nearby city like amsterdam

Cons

juniors quit when they get experience experience programmers quit when they get better salary projects not so interesting no career just a job

Pros

- Variation in work with lots of different projects - Freedom to keep learning like attending conferences - International team / Great culture - No 9-5 mentality, you have your responsibilities and the freedom and trust to fulfill them properly. - Location is good and free parking - Excellent (and free!) coffee, lunch and snacks :) - Flexibility in picking your own hardware like a dell or a macbook - Nice company outings/parties several times a year

Cons

- Its a growing company, so sometimes things change ... not everyone is capable to adapt and prefer a steady environment.

Pros

Friendly people, lots of international people work here. The company tries to make you feel at home and helps you out ofy possible. Possible to move teams/projects as long as you are speaking up and transparent.

Cons

Salary not super high, location is not great. Not all coworkers have the same standard of quality. Some people are not that inclusive and speak Dutch in presence of foreign language speakers.
