Pros
More good people than bad, good product, great website, great idea, lots of room to add your own ideas to the mix, management is always open to new ideas and productive change. The market has huge potential and this company can really become a nationwide brand if managed right.
Cons
Not always the best with customer service. There are some out-dated business practices that need to be cut from the system immediately to make room for new growth.
