Pros

Management are bullies and hide behind religion and act like they are good church boys. The investment company covers up the illegal antics in this company. If the customers knew how they treat employees, they would never buy from them. If the investors knew everything, they would do nothing because they want to ake their money. Managers steal from their employees and bully them out of the company with illegal practices. They have MANY lawsuits against them and have a team of people that brush them under the carpet. If you work here, they will take your opportunities from you and management will get paid and make up some BS reason why you are the problem. They have done it to multiple people. They are all dirty. Don't work here!! If you had any idea what goes on behind the doors, you would run. Plus, they blow investors' money which ends up hurting the employees and they cut your budgets. Some of the products are vaporware. When management sees a bad review, they will contact glassdoor to take the reviews down. They have done it many times. They have a horrible reputation. CU's and Banks are catching on. The word is out. Zero integrity. It's all about making as much money as possible and selling. They also cook the books!! Be Careful PE firms.

Cons

The Pro's...the people that have left found a better place hopefully. Life is too short for toxic environments. Drunk product boy who is sexist has been allowed to keep his job too because he's protected.

Pros

1. Industry-Changing Potential: The product has incredible potential to revolutionize the industry, especially given the quality of the customers Eltropy serves. 2. Top Talent: Eltropy attracts exceptional talent who believe in the company’s vision and strategy. The employees, aside from some C-level executives and VPs, are some of the best professionals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. 3. Fun Customer Base: I’ve never worked with a more enjoyable and engaging customer base in my entire career. 4. Plenty of Work: There is never a lack of work to do, so you will always stay busy and engaged, which is great for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment. 5. Social Perks: For those who enjoy a party culture, Eltropy provides an open tab at most events fostering a lively and social atmosphere.

Cons

1. Company Values Are a Farce: The company’s stated value of "No Fear, Tell the Truth" is not practiced internally. The culture is one of fear and silence, where speaking out can lead to retaliation. 2. Toxic Leadership and Unfair Targeting: Some C-level executives, especially the CEO, are the worst offenders when it comes to holding grudges and targeting individuals unfairly. 3. Toxic Culture: The overall culture is extremely toxic, with many employees leaving shortly after joining. Several employees have shared with me that they feel trapped due to the current economy. A good economy will drain the remaining talent still holding the company together. 4. Glassdoor Reviews have been Manipulated: Founders and executives have written or influenced some of the positive reviews, I’ve been told they’ve successfully worked with Glassdoor to have negative reviews removed. This creates a false perception of the company to outsiders. However, there are some nuggets of truth on there these days. I guess Glassdoor is pushing back or Eltropy is giving up? 5. Customers Would Be Shocked: If our customers knew how toxic the company culture was, I believe many of them would lose respect for Eltropy and potentially churn for competitors and even inferior products but I could be wrong.
