      The MOST PATHETIC Company in Singapore to work for!! Don’t even think about joining there.

      Pros

      There is a hardworking maid who cleans up the pantry area everyday…... nothing else.…A few one line good reviews you see here on first page are written by the guys from Talent acquisition itself to reap new souls to hell… So my advice is to read all the reviews before you take a decision..!!!

      Cons

      Bad HR policies…. Pathetic work environment…… Psycho people in HR posts….… they recruit people for projects which are not even born in dreams....You will see few clueless Japanese in most of the projects, trying to find new business in Singapore and some smart Dutch & Indians who makes their living by fooling these Japanese.....No active projects and all day long micro management activities..….If you join them by accepting their fancy offer, definitely you and your family are going to suffer… 18 months bond with nothing in return…They may cut down your offered salary anytime depending on the project/business scenarios Or if the projects are not coming alive they may even serve you notice unexpectedly. So if you want a peaceful life, don’t even think of joining them…

      Puts bread on your table (at a cost!). No other meaningful advantage.

      Cons

      Politics is terrible; credit must be given to where it is due, unfortunately, management is full of sweet talkers & backstabbers. Ive seen great performers leave from the team due to bad management. One-way feedback only...from top to bottom; not from bottom up. Core value: never mind botchy quality, just keep saying yes to clients & pretend theyre getting the best.

      Pros

      There are a few good points I can give but all of these should be fairly standard for all employers: -Pay is on time (The only thing you look forward every month) -They process your Employment as fast as they can (so you can be enslaved as fast as possible!) -They allow you to go home on time (so you can get back early the next day to meet your colleagues who look forward to go home too at the end of the day)

      Cons

      -They did not follow what is on the Employment contract that the employee signed (which both parties agreed upon) and they bond you for 18 months with 1 month penalty if you leave within the period. -HR and Management is very terrible, a lot of people here is saying one thing but doing the exact opposite. -It's a complete mess from the backend to the support guys. No one has an idea what the other guy is doing and everyone is just trying to save their assess. -Typical Tamil culture (almost zero Singaporeans in the Management)
