Pros
very good work culture, located in center of city, friendly and supportive environment, perfect process oriented with respect to finance and salary commitments. Never delayed in salary payments, every time end of moth got salary to account.
Cons
Less scope in technology and career improvement with latest technologies. Sales team will take decision on new technology adoptions and instead of development team. Sales team will never interact with other stake holder while making any decisions.
