    - Colleagues are very fun to work with - Medical benefits are awesome - Training at aviation college helped with your job scope

    Cons

    - 6 monthly appraisals with management, which can be up to 2 hours - Expected to stay back for delayed flights, no such thing as handing over to staff on next shift - Time offs are not usually claimed - Balloted annual leaves
