As with all businesses we have to occasionally take tough decisions, and I fully understand that disengagement, for whatever reason, can manifest itself in a poor feedback. Emperor is far from perfect, but we take great pride in the purpose, culture and diversity of the business. With over 160 people in six offices, internal communication is my biggest priority. In additional to plenty of ongoing initiatives, we stand up and communicate our vision, performance, strategy and achievements twice a year across all regions. We also take great pride in the fact that we have more women in senior positions than men, which reflects the gender balance of our business.
