Compensations and benefit. the con has outweigh the pros ,it is not worth it.
Cons
Favouritism is prominent in the department. if you expect to grow your career in this department, you need to manage your expectation. it is not based on meritocracy, it is based on favoouritism .Those that HOD favour is not because of their performance, it is because they are good apple polisher. HOD and ROs set up unrealistic target that nobody cannot achieve.if there is any complaint, they will try to push the blame to the staff, is this how HOD and ROs should behave? HOD is good in talking ,but all is empty talk.
