4C has a very team oriented approach to every project with an entrepreneurial atmosphere that is far too uncommon. You are a real part of growing the business and the team complements each other which allows you to focus on your strengths while expanding your skills in a laid back atmosphere. Management is always engaged but the decisions are made through team discussions so your opinion matters. It has a great home/life balance based on realistic schedules which isn’t always the case in the world of software. You’re never pigeon-holed into one type of project which helps build your skills and keeps you engaged. Even after a short time here it feels more like a family than a group of co-workers.
Cons
There is slight overlap of responsibilities between departments, but this can be a "pro" when you have a full schedule. The team approach helps mend this disconnect.
