Pros
Lax dress code & some other nice employees; Many Mid-level Supervisors at ATL branch are great - accounting, order entry, customer service, & install are always helpful
Cons
Bad micromanagement by duo who came from baking bread loaves and don't have great people skills. You'd probably make more money collecting cans and cashing them in than at a job here. HR has ran off 5 employees in the dept since I started and cares more about looking important than actually caring about employee experience/morale. Other upper mgmt agrees but will not speak out because of fear of retaliation. Owner works in snow & silicone.
