Thank you for taking time and putting down your feedback. We certainly have evolved from being a start-up to a matured Start-up with the processes and methodologies that make us more efficient. In terms of the Technology, we are on top of it and form a great place to be for young and aspiring members with an appetite to learning. At 75F we are always looking for ways to improve from technology to company culture and our eNPS score is a testimony to that. Our Solutions include hardware which makes it very important to work in collaboration with the team. The system lab and the other testing devices and equipment enables the team to efficiently conduct the testing. Having said that, we are mindful of the situation and are taking utmost care to ensure the safety of our employees amidst the pandemic situation. All employees were given the option to talk to their Managers/Human Resources Team for any concerns with return to work and exceptions were also made based on the merit of the case. Hence, we have taken various measures such as: i) No meetings are called without an agenda or action item/s ii) All meetings are tracked and run using clickup iii) All participants are given a chance to drop off from a meeting or decline the meeting based on their urgency of tasks iv) Meetings are timed and monitored and lastly v) Meetings are rated We have a passionate CEO who really cares about the mission and the great work our folks are doing.
